You’ve got Granny’s Remington Quiet-Riter. You figure you’ll use the serene isolation of power down to hide in your garret and write the great novel.
Nice idea (assuming the sound of keys clacking away doesn’t draw attention to you).
You’ve bought a case of plain paper. But have you considered the need for some extra typewriter ribbons? And maybe some Liquid Paper to deal with the typos?

You can still buy them at office supply stores. I can’t imagine that there’ll be a run on them, but I suspect that once they run out, they’ll be pretty far down the list of supply chain priorities.
Better stock up now.
P.S. Maybe pick up some carbon paper to boot. And some machine oil, while you’re at it.
